AGE CRITERIA (2020–21)

1. Grade I– 5 years 2 Months as on 1st April, 2021

2. Registration form is only available online.

3. Date of Online Interaction will be given only after successful payment of the Registration Fee (within a week of filing registration). The school authorities reserve the right to change the date and time of the interaction.

4. Registration does not confirm admission that is subject to admission test/ observation & interaction & the availability of seats.

5. Following documents are to be submitted to the Admission Counsellor before the interaction on the email id admissions@jeevanjyoti.in(kindly write child’s name and the class applied for in the subject):

   1. Date of Birth (issued by Municipal Corporation).

   2. Address Proof

   3. Report Card (if applicable)

   4. Immunization/Vaccination/ Record or Medical Certificate
